Mr. Emmanuel Correia

Founding Director

Emmanuel is a co-founder of Peloton Capital and Peloton Advisory and has participated in the corporate finance and public capital markets in Australia, North America and the United Kingdom for over 25 years.

Prior to co-founding Peloton in 2011, Emmanuel was the co-founder of Cardrona Capital Pty Ltd that specialised in providing corporate finance and capital raising services to micro and mid cap companies. Cardrona was acquired by a UK backed corporate finance organisation where Emmanuel then served as a director of corporate finance. Emmanuel has also held various senior corporate finance positions with Big 4 accounting firms and boutique corporate finance houses in Australian and the United Kingdom.

Emmanuel provides corporate advice to a diverse client base and specialises in equity capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy.

Emmanuel also currently holds several public company directorships.

Mr. Shane Hartwig

Founding Director

Shane is a co-founder of Peloton Capital and Peloton Advisory and has participated in the corporate finance and public capital markets in Australia and North America for over 20 years.

A senior business executive with a proven track record working as a trusted corporate and commercial advisor to companies operating in the micro, small and mid-cap sector of the Australian listed market across a broad range of industries including energy (renewable and non-renewable) and resources, biotechnology, information technology and infrastructure both within Australia and internationally.

Navigates market and commercial risk, delivering insightful analysis and presenting recommendations for action to support and manage the strategic capital market transactions, merger & acquisition (M&A) and restructuring transactions to position businesses for long-term growth and sustainable success.

Shane was the co-founder of Cardrona Capital Pty Ltd, which specialised in providing corporate finance and capital raising services to micro and mid cap companies. Cardrona was acquired by a UK backed corporate finance organisation where Shane then served as a director of corporate finance.
